An affordable plan to keep your website up to date, effective and search engine friendly
We can tailor our online marketing plan to your individual business requirements. If you need to make occasional or regular changes to the website but don’t have the time or resources to do this, we will make updates to page content for you, usually within the hour. This is very useful for businesses such as pubs and restaurants who have regular changes to menus or event listings. If you recognise the need for your website to be kept up to date for other reasons, such as keyword targeting and/or search engine positioning, we can oversee and ensure that the necessary updates are made, and monitor how these updates affect search traffic. If you like to add photos or downloadable PDFs to you website, but aren’t confident about how to do this, we will do it for you. We’ll even add new pages for you if your website has a suitable template.
You have some new content to put on the website. Simply send us the new content by email and we will add this to your pages, taking care to adhere to styles and layout, and updating meta tags if we think it will help search engines to index the new content. Send us pictures too. We’ll optimise them so that they look as professional as possible, but remain as low as possible in file size so that your website loads quickly.
If you have decided to target certain keywords or phrases which reflect a new offering or promotion you wish to push. We can work on your existing content, adding appropriate keywords in such a way that potential clients will find your website easily when using these keywords.
Analytics and monitoring
We recommend that all websites have some form of analytics installed, so that trends in visitor traffic can be reviewed and the website content maintained accordingly. We will ensure that monthly reports are made available to you and review these with you on a regular basis. Websites that are not monitored in this way can become ‘abandoned’ by search engines and visitors and return little, if any value to your business.
Pay-per-Click Campaign Management
Once you have decided upon your Adwords PPC budget, we can help you choose appropriate sponsored keywords and ads to maximise the efficiency of your campaign. We’ll research the best potential keywords for your ads, and then we’ll monitor the impressions, clicks and conversions. Where necessary, we will fine-tune each campaign or ad so that it delivers maximum return on your investment.
If you need to know there’s someone there when the website ‘goes down’, or if you are concerned that visitors to your website are not seeing what you want them to, we will always look into things for you. If we can, we’ll fix the problem there and then. If not, we’ll advise on the best course of action so that you can confidently keep your customers informed.
